We hope you are all enjoying this beautiful first week of summer as much as we are!

We are very excited to tell you that the Seafield website updates are now live! We invite you to stop by and take a look! We have stuffed as much information as we can in there for now, with more to come once the Show Home opens in a couple of weeks.

Yup - you can read all about it. Wondering about upgrade options? Information about the builder? What BUILT GREEN is all about? All that and more is there for your perusal.

We give you a taste of the interiors…but not too much! After all, we don’t want to spoil the surprise. And besides, you will get a MUCH better idea on the interior and exterior finishing by coming into the showroom and taking a look at the design boards in person…feeling the countertops, tile and floors with your own hands is so much better than seeing a flat image on a website!

Finally, we help you orient yourself to the local amenities, as well as giving a very good sense of all of the incredible opportunities to access the great outdoors and the very best nature has to offer, as well as remarkable (very) local attractions…all virtually right outside your front door!
