We hope this finds you safe, well, and as relaxed as you can be as we ease into summer! It is quite fascinating that this was the slowest spring ever, and also somehow, slipped past without me seeing it! It feels like it was February, then a bunch of blursdays, and suddenly it’s July!! Can anybody out there relate?

So…COVID put a bit of a delay on this but we are now really excited to share with you that 309 Seafield is well underway! Foundation is poured, framing is about to get underway, and things are rolling along very nicely. It will be move-in ready before you know it…especially if these next few months fly past the way the last few have…
